GOOD TO KNOW

Thoughtful answers before we meet.

When should I begin?

As early as you can. Your design, fitting and delivery schedule depends on the gown and your event date. Share that date in your enquiry and the atelier will advise what is possible.

Can we work together remotely?

Start with a virtual conversation. The team will explain which measurements, fittings or travel may be needed for your particular gown before you proceed.

How do I care for my gown?

Keep it in a breathable garment bag in a cool, dry place and away from direct sun. Ask the atelier for fabric-specific cleaning and preservation guidance for your finished piece.

Can I request changes to a collection gown?

Tell us which gown you love and what you would like changed. The atelier can discuss what is feasible, along with its effect on timing and price.
