Consultation Fee

Before placing an order, clients are required to pay a non-refundable consultation fee of 30,000 Naira. This fee covers personalized consultations to ensure that our designs meet your specific needs and preferences. The consultation fee is applicable to both domestic and international clients and will be deducted from the final cost of your purchase if you decide to proceed with an order.

Returns and Exchanges

Domestic Orders (Within Nigeria):

Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly described. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [insert contact email/phone number] with your order number and a description of the issue. Once it has been proven to not be tampered with, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Costs: Zateemee will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items. For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

International Orders:

Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly described. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our international customer service team at [insert international contact email/phone number]. Once it has been proven to not be tampered with, we will provide instructions for returning the item to our international warehouse.

Costs: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Zateemee will not cover customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international returns.

Refunds

Domestic Orders: Refunds for returned items will be processed within 14 business days from the receipt of the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

International Orders: Refunds for returned items will be processed within 21 business days from the receipt of the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that currency exchange fluctuations may affect the final amount refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our bridal wear and African fashion, certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:

  • Customized or bespoke orders
  • Sale items
  • Items that have been worn or altered
